HERMENSVALID® BRAND AFFILIATE PROGRAM

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the HERMENSVALID® Brand Affiliate Program!

We are excited to collaborate with creative and motivated individuals who embody individuality, originality and confidence. HERMENSVALID® is a creative fashion house centered around one-of-one garments, customization and immersive fashion experiences.

This program gives approved affiliates an opportunity to earn commission while introducing HERMENSVALID® products, services and creative experiences to a broader audience.

This is an independent affiliate opportunity, not a salaried or hourly position. Affiliates choose when, where and how frequently they promote. There are no guaranteed earnings, required working hours or mandatory sales quotas.

DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this program:

• “HERMENSVALID®,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to HERMENSVALID® and its official sales platforms.

• “Affiliate,” “you” and “your” refer to an approved participant in the HERMENSVALID® Brand Affiliate Program.

• “Program” refers to the HERMENSVALID® Brand Affiliate Program.

• “Eligible sale” refers to a completed and verified customer purchase attributed to an affiliate’s unique referral code or tracking link.

• “Net sale” refers to the merchandise or service amount remaining after discounts and excludes taxes, shipping charges, cancellations, returns, refunds, disputes and chargebacks.

ENROLLMENT

After receiving your application, the HERMENSVALID® team will review your information and determine whether you align with the brand and program.

Applicants should submit:

• A current résumé.

• A brief statement explaining why they want to become a HERMENSVALID® Brand Affiliate.

• Links to relevant TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X or other social-media accounts.

• Details about any relevant sales, marketing, fashion, content-creation or promotional experience.

Applicants may be notified of acceptance by email, Instagram direct message or TikTok direct message. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Upon acceptance, each affiliate will receive a unique referral code and/or tracking link.

Customers must use the affiliate’s assigned code or tracking link when purchasing for the sale to be automatically attributed to that affiliate.

Approved affiliates earn 15% commission on eligible net sales generated through their unique referral code or tracking link.

Affiliates may promote through:

• TikTok

• Instagram

• YouTube

• Facebook

• X

• Personal websites

• Personal networks

• Approved events

• Direct customer referrals

• Other approved platforms

Promotional content may include photographs, videos, Stories, Reels, livestreams, product reviews, styling content and other formats that work for the affiliate’s audience.

CONTENT AND ENGAGEMENT

Promotional content should reflect HERMENSVALID® themes of creativity, originality, individuality and fashion-forward expression.

Affiliates are encouraged to produce authentic, engaging and high-quality content that connects with their audience.

Affiliates are not required to follow a particular posting schedule, work specific hours or meet mandatory sales quotas.

AFFILIATE DISCOUNT

Approved affiliates receive a 15% personal discount on eligible HERMENSVALID® products.

Personal purchases made by an affiliate are not eligible for commission, even when the affiliate uses their own referral code or tracking link.

Affiliates may not earn commission from purchases:

• Made for themselves.

• Made on their behalf.

• Completed using their own payment method.

• Arranged through another person for the purpose of generating commission or rewards.

Personal purchases do not count toward sales goals, promotional-product eligibility or performance bonuses.

The affiliate discount cannot be combined with another promotional offer unless HERMENSVALID® provides written approval.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS AND REWARDS

After generating 10 verified eligible customer sales, an affiliate may be offered a complimentary promotional item to support future content and promotion.

Cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, disputed or charged-back orders do not count toward the 10-sale requirement.

Affiliates who continue generating strong sales may be considered for:

• Additional promotional products.

• Exclusive discounts.

• Early product access.

• Campaign opportunities.

• Special performance bonuses.

• Increased commission opportunities.

Promotional products are selected by HERMENSVALID® based on availability, product cost, sales performance, content quality and current campaign needs.

Acceptance into the program does not guarantee complimentary products. Promotional products cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for store credit or resold without written approval from HERMENSVALID®.

TRACKING AND PAYMENT

All commissions are calculated and paid in United States dollars.

Commissions are paid within 0–48 hours after the customer’s payment is received and the transaction is verified.

Affiliates will receive information about their attributed sales and commission earnings. Questions regarding sales attribution or commission payments should be submitted within 90 days of the transaction.

HERMENSVALID® may withhold commission while a transaction is under review.

If an order is returned, refunded, disputed or charged back after commission has been paid, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s future commission earnings.

HERMENSVALID® reserves the right to investigate:

• Suspicious transactions.

• Fraudulent orders.

• Self-referrals.

• Duplicate accounts.

• Misuse of referral codes.

• Unusually high return or refund activity.

• Attempts to manipulate sales tracking.

BRAND GUIDELINES

Affiliates must represent HERMENSVALID® honestly and professionally.

Affiliates may not:

• Make false or misleading statements about HERMENSVALID® products, services, pricing or availability.

• Offer unauthorized prices, discounts, guarantees, refunds or promotions.

• Use spam, fake accounts, paid bots, fraudulent orders or deceptive promotional practices.

• Use deceptive redirects or manipulate URLs to conceal the source of website traffic.

• Present themselves as an employee, business partner or legal representative of HERMENSVALID®.

• Use HERMENSVALID® trademarks, logos, images or intellectual property in paid advertising without written approval.

• Alter approved brand materials in a way that misrepresents HERMENSVALID® or its products.

• Publish explicit, offensive, discriminatory or intentionally harmful content in association with HERMENSVALID®.

Affiliates may share their referral links and codes through their personal social-media accounts, personal websites and approved promotional channels. Paid advertising and unauthorized third-party promotions are prohibited without prior written approval.

FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with HERMENSVALID® whenever promoting the brand, sharing a referral link or recommending a product.

Receiving a complimentary or discounted product must also be clearly disclosed.

PROGRAM TERMINATION

Participation in the HERMENSVALID® Brand Affiliate Program may be ended by either the affiliate or HERMENSVALID® at any time.

HERMENSVALID® reserves the right to suspend or remove an affiliate for:

• Fraud or suspicious sales activity.

• Brand misrepresentation.

• Unauthorized use of company materials.

• False or misleading promotion.

• Failure to make required disclosures.

• Violation of program terms.

• Conduct that could materially damage the HERMENSVALID® brand.

Verified commissions earned before termination will remain payable unless they are connected to fraud, refunds, disputes, chargebacks or violations of these terms.

HERMENSVALID® reserves the right to update the program’s commission rates, discounts, rewards, eligibility requirements and terms. Affiliates will be informed of material changes before the updated terms apply to future promotional activity.
