Since launching, Hermensvalid has designed unique, luxury fashion pieces that inspire self-expression. This program aims to celebrate and reward partners who align with our core values and help share Hermensvalid’s vision with a broader audience.

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this program:

"We", "us", or "our" refers to Hermensvalid and our official website.
"You" or "your" refers to the Brand Ambassador.
"Program" refers to the Hermensvalid Brand Ambassador Program.

ENROLLMENT
Upon receiving your application, our team will review it and notify you within 48 hours about your acceptance. While we aim to accept ambassadors who best align with our vision, we welcome any questions if you believe we missed any relevant information.

As a Hermensvalid Brand Ambassador, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

All shared content should embody Hermensvalid’s themes of luxury, creativity, and originality.
We encourage you to share impactful and high-quality content that resonates with a fashion-forward audience.

Integrity and Authenticity:

We believe in authentic endorsements, and your content should reflect genuine appreciation for Hermensvalid’s values and lifestyle.

Respect for Our Brand Image:

We kindly request that you avoid using any form of explicit, offensive, or misleading content associated with the brand.
All promotion should represent Hermensvalid accurately, avoiding content that could compromise our brand image.

LINKING AND PROMOTIONS
*Unique Codes:

Upon acceptance, you’ll receive a unique discount code to share with your audience. Any promotional content should include this code for tracking purposes.
Social Media and Website Use:

You may use your discount code and links across personal social media platforms and websites, but not on paid or third-party channels without prior approval.
Any affiliate links should clearly indicate an association with Hermensvalid in compliance with FTC guidelines.
Content Restrictions:

You may not use deceptive redirects or manipulate URLs to mask the source of traffic. All traffic should originate from authorized social channels or your website.

INCENTIVES AND COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Commission:

1 )You’ll earn a 35% commission on every sale generated through your unique code, with potential for a 50% commission if your performance , account engagement, and views align with our brand values.
2 )As a Hermensvalid ambassador, you’ll also enjoy a 25% discount on all Hermensvalid items, allowing you to showcase our latest designs.

3) Lastly, if you refer another potential brand ambassador and they’re accepted into the program, you’ll be eligible to receive the following incentives.​

TRACKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Currency:

All transactions and commissions will be processed in USD. Any currency exchange will occur per your account’s settings.
Reversal Policy:

Hermensvalid reserves the right to reverse commissions for returned or canceled orders, or suspected fraudulent activities.
Payment Schedule:

Payments will be processed Weekly/monthly following a 30-day lock period. Any inquiries on commissions or orders must be submitted within 90 days of the sale.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Respect for Brand Standards: This program is designed to elevate the Hermensvalid brand through mutually beneficial partnerships. As a brand ambassador, you agree to promote Hermensvalid ethically and with integrity.

Social Media Promotion: You are welcome to promote Hermensvalid products organically on your social media accounts but refrain from using Hermensvalid’s trademarks in paid advertising without explicit written consent.

FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS
Please include a disclosure statement in any post, page, or social media where you include Hermensvalid affiliate links as an endorsement. This should be a clear, prominent statement indicating that the link is a paid endorsement or affiliate link.
