ON DUTY / OFF DUTY is a fashion design and product development project that explores the intersection of essential workwear, luxury fashion, and streetwear. Through a conceptual collaboration between UPS × Off-White™, the project reimagines functional uniforms as contemporary fashion, recognizing essential workers as an overlooked consumer group. By combining utility-driven silhouettes, technical details, and cultural expression, the collection challenges the boundaries between professional identity and personal style.
